How do I claim my free massage or package?
You will be emailed within 48hrs to confirm the options for your free gift. Your free massage or package will then be manually added to your Clear Mind Studio account by a staff member within 48hrs. There is no need to add your free massage or package to your cart. If you do not hear from us within 3 days please check your spam folder or email enquiries@clearmindstudio.com.
What kind of free massage do I get? Â
You can choose from a 60 minute relaxation, remedial or pregnancy massage. Craig will email you within 48 hours to ask you which one you would like.Â
What is included in an Escape For The Day Package?
In an Escape For The Day Package you will get: a 60 minute massage, a 60 minute float, and a choice of either a 45 min infrared sauna (Inglewood only) or a 60 minute ice bath + Finnish sauna session.
What is included in a Couples Getaway Package?
In a Couples Getaway Package you will receive (for 2): A 60 min massage each, 60 min float together in the open float pool in Inglewood or in separate rooms in Inglewood or Fremantle, and either a 45 min infrared sauna together (Inglewood only) or a 60 minute ice bath + Finnish sauna together. You're welcome to use all of these services yourself if you don't want to bring a friend with you. You will be emailed within 48hrs to choose between relaxation or remedial massage and infrared sauna or ice bath.
I’m not in a couple, can I still use the Couples Getaway pack for myself?
Yes, absolutely. You’ll receive two 60-minute massages, two floats, and your choice of either a contrast session (ice bath and Finnish sauna) or an infrared sauna. You’re welcome to enjoy all the sessions yourself, spread out over multiple visits, no need to share.
You can also choose to bring a friend, partner or relative if you'd like. We use the word “couples” loosely, it’s really just a great value bundle for two (or an even greater value bundle for one!)
Can I use the multipack at both studios?Â
Yes! You are welcome to use your multipack, memberships, gift cards and any other services you purchase at either of our locations: Inglewood or Fremantle.Â
